  • Demonstrated confidence managing policies, rules, fees and compliance-based processes
  • Comfortable overseeing financial charging and debtor management processes
  • Highly organised, detail-focused and confident working with systems and complex data
  • Experience as a capable leader creating a positive team culture through clarity, structure and trust
